This took much longer then I expected, because I just couldn’t decide on what hair and clothes he should have… there are so many! So I decided for something kind of in between, with the clothes neither over nor underdressed and with two different types of hair. In this drawing, I chose to use Roku’s hair piece, because I always wanted to see Zuko wearing it and I also like how it represents him psychologically. There are other versions of this painting in my gallery.

This was all done on Photoshop. I painted everything, with the exception of the pattern drawing of the clothes; that I got from [link] .

I’m happy you guys liked him. :heart:

I was actually a little wary of doing this character because I think that, out of everyone, he is the one character people have formed more ideas and expectation over what he should look like. Besides, Zuko is a huge Chameleon! People might prefer him with short hair, or long hair, or bald and they will like some cloths and hate others… I can’t express what an agony it was trying to decide the hair and the clothes. =p

I’m glad I went for two different hair stiles and more people were able to enjoy this. :)
